1.Installation & adjustment
After the equipment arrived at customer’s site, the customer is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing; and does under our install-adjust technicians’ guidance. Costs of the staff are decided at last.
2. Training
We are responsible for offering the technical training to user. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the equipment. Through training, users' technical staff can grasp and the skill of
operation and maintenance proficiently, and deal with the general troubles in time.We will appoint qualified technical staff for the guidance.
3. Quality assurance
We guarantee the line achieve product technical performance indicators within 5days after feeding operation through the correct guidance of the installation and
commissioning.
Q:What kind of Vehicles do your lighting upfitting ?
A:Ambulance car, Fire Truck, Tow truck, Police and other emergency vehicles
Q:Can you customize the product as per our request ?
A:Yes.As long as you supply the sample , we can open a customize module product for you
Q:Can you print my logo on the products?
A:Yes.We accept OEM/ODM,but we may have request MOQ for customized products.Please inform us and confirm the design firstly
Q:How to get a sample from you ?
A:All samples will send directly to you door to door by Express like DHL,Fedex after get your sample fee, If you have express acoount of DHL,Fedex we can send sample to you directly ,if you don’t you can send express fee to our paypal account ,all sample cost will be returned after you place order.
Q:What's your payment term?
A:Sample order accept Paypal or Western union, big order 30% advance by Bank transfer, balance against copy of B/L,If order amount above $30000, we accept L/C. We will show you photos of products and packages before you pay the balance
Q:How about your delivery time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days,mass production will take about 10-15 days after receiving your advanced deposit according to the items and quantity of your order
