1.Installation & adjustment
After the equipment are arrived at the customer’s site, the customer is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing; and does under our install-adjust technicians’ guidance. Costs of the staff are decided at last.
2. Training
We are responsible for offering the technical training to user. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the equipment. Through training, users' technical staff can grasp and the skill of
operation and maintenance proficiently, and deal with the general troubles in time.We will appoint qualified technical staff for the guidance.
3. Quality assurance
Following the proper installation and commissioning guidance, we guarantee the line will meet product technical performance indicators within 5 days.

A:All samples will send directly to you door to door by Express like DHL,Fedex after get your sample fee, If you have express acoount of DHL,Fedex we can send sample to you directly ,if you don’t you can send express fee to our paypal account ,Any sample cost will be returned after you place order.
5.Q:Whats your payment term?
A:Sample order we accept Paypal or Western union, Big order 30% advance by Bank transfer, Balance against copy of B/L by Bank transfer,If order amount above 30000$, we can accept L/C, We will show you photos of products and package before you pay the balance
6.Q:How about your delivery time?
A:Generally , it will take about 10-15 days after receiving your advanced deposit,the specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order.
